Grand Theft Auto 3 App Reviews

The game runs fine on my late 2006 macbook on lowest settings but all the cars are half invisable theyll sometimes have some parts show up but not others and sometimes all I can see of them is an outline. They said they were looking into this on their support site 2 and a half months ago and they still havent done anything. I know my hardware is old but come on.

Overall, the game is good, and the graphics is awesome. But theres one flaw: weapons are not saved after you died. So you have to repurchase the weapon that you already bought.

I got this game to run great on lion but after down gradeding to snow lwpord and then up grading to lion again it wont open so now it is just a waste of my APP money that i would like back because this game dosnt work

Its fun but I dont like using a mouse as a camera, cant you make it so we can use the arrow keys as camera controls or keyboard controls as it?

I love GTA 3 but the game has some problems like audio is crap for some reason keeps feezing up dont know why, then sometimes kicks you off the game for no reason, and finally you cant even play the game on the thunderbolt screen like whats up with that. Final thought rockstar really droped the ball this one and stoped me from buying Vice city.

i cant open it and when i try it says it cant be opened. bad bad.

Not sure what all the complaining is about with the game not working… it works fine on my unibody MB 2010 w/8GB Ram.. didnt lag or anything.

I love this game but had to give it 1 star ONLY so hopefully its seen and update is given or something…. this game wont allow me to target on anyone, ever. No matter if I use the keyboard or a plug in controller, or an xbox controller with driver; the game doesnt allow me to target, rendering it almost impossible to play most missions or just have fun with it. Please fix this.

Even with a mouse, It is hard to move your vision and shoot. I dont know how to enable cheats either. I mean it is good because you have one of the most fun games. Who doesnt like taking someone car, and then shooting a prostitute? Mixed in with a few Rascist characters its always a good time.

You can switch to other apps using CMD+Tab...

NO ONE BUY THIS GAME ANYMORE BECUASE IT DOESNT WORK!! So I downloaded and played GTA III for a few months then got busy and stopped. When I went to reopen it recently to play, click on the icon in my dashboard and nothing happened. No bouncing, no opening, no control + click and open. Nothing. So last week I spent $10 on GTA San Andreas, played it like 3 times and now its suffering the same fate. Can anyone help, I cant find anything legit on messageboards. FIX THIS, Ive wasted $30 on this crap the game is fun but these issues are making me doubt your companys credibility. Just checked your website, you have these complaints dating back a year ago! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!

Great game for the price. Works well on mountain lion. There is a bug with the audio that makes it hiss on the left speaker and I have not found out how to fix it or update it. Other than that its good old gta iii.

It worked fine when I first got it but now it wont even start up when I click on it. Ive seen other posts about this problem too, doesnt even bounce in the icon bar just shows effect of it being clicked. Fix that and were talking 4 or 5 stars.

Every time you die, you lose all your freakin weapons! If you want a better game, download GTA San Andreas, its way better.

This is a awesome gta and my computer can handle it is just that when i start it the cars are all texture glicth and they dont load fully and i would love if i could run it in a window not in fullscreen the whole time

I purchased this after I had successfully connected a sixaxis controller to my 09 macbook pro and after downloading a joystick mapper app I got it running great. I was hesitant that it wouldnt work well on my machine but I havent had any problems whatsoever. The graphics seemed to decline a bit as it was connected to my HDTV but on the macbook it looks fantastic…better than I remember it looking on PS2. I stayed up until 2 playing it and as soon as I finish Im moving on to Vice City!

They game is awesome.But it have one problem. After playing for a couple of days i had a problem on the keyboard. I couldnt use the letters to move ot do something elsesuch us enter a veh etc. so i redownloaded the game and after a couple of days again i had the same poblem please fix it !! there is no reason to pay 10$ and cant play the game properly

Downloaded to my MBP and it wont even open. Im running Snow Leopard. What a waste of money!

WHEN I OPEN THE GAME IT WORKS! BUT, IT CRASHES AND SAY THERES A PROBLEM I REINSTALLED IT AND IT WONT WORK STILL :_( REFUND PLSSS!

I know that this game is ment for sighted people. As a blind person I can just jack and punch people. That is fun for me to do as a stress reliever. It is easy to do this because your game is stereo.
